How it works:
The O-Shot is a simple and quick procedure that is performed at PURE Med Spa.
Step 1: Blood Draw
A small amount of blood is drawn from your arm using a needle and syringe. The blood is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the PRP from the other blood cells. The PRP is the concentrated portion of the blood that contains growth factors and other proteins.
Step 2: Injection
The PRP is injected into the clitoris and vagina using a small needle, after a numbing agent has been applied.

The results of the O-Shot can last for up to 12 months. However, some women experience benefits that last for longer.
We do not accept Insurance for Medspa procedures however some insurance companies may cover the procedure if it is deemed medically necessary. In those cases you may submit a claim to your insurance provider to be reimbursed for the cost.
The O-Shot is a very safe procedure with few risks. The most common side effects are mild discomfort and bruising. In rare cases, there may be bleeding or infection.
Typically only one treatment is needed to feel the full effect of the procedure. A minority of patients however may choose to have a second treatment to build on the effects of the first and reach their desired effect.
As with any PRP treatment if you have an active cancer or blood platelet disorder the procedure is not for you. PRP uses your own blood to stimulate growth and rejuvenation, therefore your blood health and ability to heal should be in prime condition in order to achieve your desired result.
