Vampire Breast Lift
The vampire breast lift is a minimally invasive procedure that uses your own blood to improve the appearance of your breasts. It is a good option for women who want to
improve the fullness and skin appearance of their breasts without surgery.
During the procedure, your blood is drawn and then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP). The PRP is then injected into your breasts. The PRP contains growth factors that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are the proteins that give your skin its firmness and elasticity.
The vampire breast lift can help to:
- Improve the fullness and shape of your breasts
- Reduce the appearance of wrinkles, stretch marks, and scars
- Improve the skin texture and tone of your breasts
- Correct nipple inversion
How it works:
Step 1: Blood Draw
First, your blood is drawn and then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
Step 2: PRP Injections
The PRP is then injected into your breasts. The PRP contains growth factors that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are the proteins that give your skin its firmness and elasticity.

The procedure itself takes about 30 minutes.
The results can last for up to a year or longer!
Typically only 1 treatment is needed and the results can last for a year or longer. We advise patients to get this treatment annually to maintain the best results.
The vampire breast lift is a safe and effective procedure. There are minimal side effects and they are rare. Risks include bruising, swelling, and infection.
However, it is important to see a qualified healthcare provider who is experienced in performing this procedure. This is why we have a qualified team of physicians, nurses and NP’s at our offices performing all procedures.
Please arrive with the bra you typically wear. This helps us determine where to inject and get you the best results!
Your breasts may feel swollen or tender for a few days after treatment. You can resume normal activity right after. Light exercise is ok. We advise not showering for 8 hours after.
Since there is no downtime, you’re free to resume your normal activity immediately after treatment.
There are not many, but there are a few. You would not be a candidate for any PRP procedure if:
- You have an active, blood born cancer
- If you have platelet dysfunction
- If you have an active infection at the site of injection
- If you are pregnant
- If you are taking any blood thinner medications
There are a few simple requirements around medication and over the counter medications:
- You have to wait 1 month for a PRP procedure after taking steroids
- You have to wait weeks after regularly taking any NSAIDS
- You have to be off Aspirin for 1 week before your procedure (unless it is baby aspirin)
We do not recommend the vampire breast lift if you are currently pregnant or nursing. If you have implants you are still a candidate for the breast lift. It can give you more volume, cleavage and improve the quality of wrinkles and skin around your chest area.
